Hi Keith,

I think you missed something here - what Ron told you does provide a
solution that will probably work. Continuing to click NO and not fixing
the actual problem is not a resolution!

To recap, Ron said in his post to go to the Legacy Home tab in your
Legacy program, then "Online troubleshooting help" then "Solutions by
Error Number". You can also go to the Legacy web site and go to the
Help Centre, which lands you at the same place -
http://www.legacyfamilytree.com/Help.asp#SolutionsByNumber Then locate
your number and click on it, and read what it says.

Most likely, in my experience, the solution offered that will solve your
problem, is #3 - run File Maintenance - Check/Repair. I've had to do it
a few times over the years when I've seen the same error that you've
reported.

Hope this helps. :-)

Kind Regards,
Wendy Howard
