Carl, Whilst Legacy Customer Services and other staff members do follow this list, one cannot rely on all suggestions and problems being picked up and translated into action. Under the Legacy Home Tab in your program, on the right there is a box with a link for making suggestions. I recommend that you formulate your ideas into specific program changes if possible, and use this direct method to make your recommendations. By all means use the LUG to gauge reactions to them, but don't use it for lobbying puposes - that just annoys everybody.
