The Help for Charting is placed in the wrong directory. It is placed in /Legacy instead of /legacy/LegacyCharting.

It can be done in html, but I can't think of a way of doing it for a chart/printing. Someone else may have an idea though. It may be possible to create the html and use another program to transfer that to, say, a pdf format, but I have never tried this.
