Add the source to one event, then on the source screen highlight the source you
want to re-use, click the icon with two clipboards to add the source to the
clipboard.  You will be asked if you want to overwrite existing.  Click on that
button.  Now for any event you wish to use the same source click on the blue
single bar icon (beneath the small blue triangle icon) on the left side of the
screen.  If you are sure all details will remain the same for each use of the
source first click on the blue arrow, and make sure that Prompt for Detail isn’t
ticked.  If you think you may want to change any part of the detail you can tick
that box and each time you use the source you will be given the opportunity to
make changes.  (You only have to make that choice once.)  The source will remain
on the clipboard until you replace it with another one, even if you close
Legacy.
