If you are sure all details will remain the same for each use of the source first click on the blue arrow, and make sure that Prompt for Detail isn’t ticked. If you think you may want to change any part of the detail you can tick that box and each time you use the source you will be given the opportunity to make changes. (You only have to make that choice once.) The source will remain on the clipboard until you replace it with another one, even if you close Legacy.
