Agreed, Carl - quite simple and effective -- as long as the tag you want is one 
of your 3 "visible" tags.  If it isn't then you have the extra step of 
Edit-->Tag Records-->Tags to Show to make it so.  Ron's approach works on all 9 
tags at any time without regard to whether visible or not.  Either way gets you 
the list you want.

I totally agree. However, when you want to find a list of already tagged
people, why not just click instead of pulling up a search? I think the
ability to display tagged lists is mis-labeled - it should be something
other than 'search'.
