I didn't think there should be difference simply because I think that all Deeds, Bills of Sale, etc., are simply different instruments that convey title from one party to another, regardless of the Land or Property being conveyed. However, since I am not a lawyer, I thought I had better ask those with more experience than I.
Charles I haven't tried it, but I wouldn't have thought so.
