Further to my query, I note when I go in manually and check the missing photos there is a question mark on the photo, even though the picture icon located on the family view page. However when I go find the photo that is missing, put it back in as the right one, I then end up with two identical photos in there even though the initial check showed a missing photo with a ? mark.
This is so frustrating and is there something I am doing wrong.
