Yes, the RG14 (and RG78) are pre-entered for you when entering the
Source Details (but can be overwritten) but that is not the problem
here.

This is the preview of the Source Citation:

1911 census of England, Wynberg, Cape of Good Hope, Alfred Charles
Benham; digital images, FindMyPast (www.findmypast.com : accessed 13
November 2009); citing RG 78, RG 14 PN 34976, registration district (RD)
641, sub district (SD) 1, enumeration district (ED) 11, schedule number
(SN) 9999.

This is the entry in the Source Citation Report:

53. Alfred Charles Benham (P8.578)
Event: England Census RG78 34976, 641, 1, 11, 999, Wynberg, Cape of
Good Hope, Alfred Charles Benham, 13 November 2009.

What makes it even odder is that further on in the same report I have
found another entry where the Series Piece Number (the number between
RG78 and RG14) is also missing, but the entry in the Source Citation
Reports is quite correct, the relevant bit being "...RG78, RG14, 22210
..."

Heavens! The plot thickens! I've looked further on through the report
(it's 36 pages and I am working through it quite slowly) to see if there
are any other anomalies and found another entry where there is no Series
Piece Number entered. On this occasion it is the Series Code (RG78)
which is present in the Citation preview but missing from the Report.

I think there is a little man inside Legacy frantically rushing around
creating Reports and every now and then he loses concentration for a
moment and drops something!!
