Since you are not a member of the LDS Church, then the Family Search option will be of no use to you at the present time. But there is a rumor that it might be available to the general public late this year or the first of next year. They are still working out some of the bugs. So for now I would go to Options/Customize and uncheck Family Search. As for the one red and one green, probably some small mishap. If you had access to Family Search you could synchronize that person on your data base with the person on Family Search and the arrow would change colors.
