There are many long loops in my tree & it is difficult to export to GED without getting the lot. There are too many points to"Unlink" . Is there a technique to get just 1 level of Ancestors to go with a Descendant '"& All Spouses"' Focus Selection?
The reason is to be able to also get the Descendant Book Report of that same selection to match the Exported GED. I like the "Daughter of" & "Son of" in the Reports for the Family of individuals that are to get the GED. It would be nice to be able to ALSO specify how many Ancestor generations were to go with the GED or at least " & Parents of Spouses" John P in Australia.
