I truly appreciate everyone's help and input. Please dont think me ungrateful. But this is exactly what I'm talking about unless I'm looking at it incorrectly. On the lower right corner of Legacy Charting, it shows how the chart will look. As an example, let's say I want the chart 3' tall and 20' long to encompass the size of chart I want. It APPEARS that the chart is scrunched into the upper left hand corner and the rest of the paper is empty.
