No.  The chw file is related to the Help file.  I don't know why
Legacy Charting would be trying to open that file.

When you open Legacy Charting using the icon on the desktop, you
should see a window that says "Welcome to Legacy Charting" and has two
panels - one to Create a New Chart and one to Open a Saved Chart.  Are
you getting that window?

If not, I'm going to have you uninstall Legacy Charting from the
Control Panel and then reinstall with the download from our website
www.LegacyFamilyTree.com > Download > Download Legacy Charting.

When you reinstall, make sure you have all other programs shut down,
including Legacy and your security software.
