James,
You can get rid of the colours by going Appearance > Color and check the box
at the top "Use no color theme". You may then want to go to Appearance >
Borders > Box to outline the individual entries.

To move the whole chart around on the page, click on the diagram at the left
which has all the boxes coloured red then put the cursor on your chart and
with the left click depressed you can move the chart. The other diagrams on
the left let you move individual parts of the chart.

To change from portrait to landscape go to the top left button >Page setup >
Orientation.

To fit the whole chart on one page you will need to play around with Box
items > font size and the spacing of boxes under Sizing options.

I definitely looked really hard for that yellow, it wasn't visible on my
monitor, but on the printout it is bright yellow. Before replying, I ran a
check on my monitor and yellow is definitely a visible color, as are all the

rest of the colors this monitor is capable of displaying. For the color not

to show up in charting is so annoying!

Re: Yellow boxes. They are actually yellow on screen (monitor), but it's so
subtle it's basically not noticeable unless you are really looking for it.
I too printed a nice chart only to find I got ugly yellow boxes.

I use a Samsung SyncMaster 712n montor, while a few years old at this point,
is not a bottom of the barrel monitor.
