I'm discovering basically the same thing... only different, I set up wife's new computer and generated a ged.com for her, when we opened it up, everyone was doubled with new RINs.
Not sure what happened, I've done this litterally dozens of times w/o this happening. Henry Charles PHILPOTT (1794-1873) - This is the correct person and RIN RIN 70 Mrs Eliza Annie CLARKE (1794-1873) - This person does not exist under those dates. If I click on her name, I get the details for Henry Charles PHILPOTT as above. I have an Eliza Annie CLARKE RIN 125, (1845-1876) the wife of Colonel Sydenham Cubbon CLARKE whose details appear correctly under that RIN but she is duplicated below with the incorrect dates under RIN 70 with the details of Henry Charles PHILPOTT. Glancing through the name list, this is the situation on several people. I realise it has happened when RINs have been swapped - this was done months ago now but I have only just seen the problem. I have twice tried File Maintenance without the situation being resolved - can anyone help, please? -- - - - - - - - Elizabeth researching ALLAMBRIDGE (Dorset, Somerset and anywhere else they might turn up) Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/legacyusergroup@legacyusers.com/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/legacyusergroup@legacyfamilytree.com/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp To unsubscribe: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/LegacyLists.asp Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/legacyusergroup@legacyusers.com/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/legacyusergroup@legacyfamilytree.com/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp To unsubscribe: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/LegacyLists.asp
