Hi everyone I have a problem opening my Legacy 7.5 after my computer needed to shut down. I cannot find any detail to this error on the website.
I am using Windows xp with Parallels and have not had this error message ever. Error opening user file C:\Program Files\Genealogy\Legacy 7\Legacy2.usr. Error 55: File already open Would you like to TRY IT AGAIN? As I cannot get into the program I cannot sort out what to do. Has anyone got any ideas what I should do to correct this error, so I can open the program.
