I believe you can work this out by using tagging. I assume, as did the first 
replier, that you want to omit any other siblings except you and your brother.

First, enable tagging if you have not in Options>Customize>General.

Next, tag the ancestors or descendants (as desired) of both yourself and your 
brother, using advanced tagging. If you elect to use Tag 1, right-click on tag 
1's box for an individual to get advanced tagging, and then tag as desired the 
family, ancestors, or descendants, first for yourself, then your brother. To 
get a single chart showing your sibling relationship, also individually tag 
your parents.

Finally, use File>Export>Gedcom to export a gedcom file. Export all individuals 
with a tag equal to 1.

Now, open that newly created file, select your father, and use charting to 
create the desired chart for him (ancestor, descendant, or hourglass to include 
both). This should create the chart you want. Of course, you can edit the chart 
prior to printing to fine tune it.
