You can customize how it prints out by default or per individual citations! For the defaults goto Options>Customize>and on the Sources Tab under Master Source defaults pick "First time" and RTF Citation Style the first radio button will probably fill your needs. Under Source Detail Defaults you can set what the source defaults to when it is created. The rest of the boxes are self explanatory. The source Surety is a handy feature also. To see what the numbers mean just look in the help file under "Surety Level" Hope this helps, Russ Strong
