I used Ctrl+B to get bold text in the Census Event Notes field.
I dont see code in the Notes field (of if I use Edit). But as I wrote
before I see codes if I look at the Census Event in Individuals
Information. Doesn't seem right to me if I use the Windows shortcut
keys for bold. I didn't enter code myself.
