Silly question here, but it was my understanding that a + sign in child list reports (such as Descendant report), indicates the person had children, i.e.
+ 2 F i. Karin... + 3 M ii. Gustavus Arthur... However, the + sign shows up next to people who did not have children, like the two people above who died in infancy. So, what does the + actually mean?
