Lester, When you run Legacy’s “test of all multimedia paths” You get a "Missing.txt" report which tells you the RIN and event where the TIFF file is still expected to be. If you copy and paste a part of the Missing.txt to a post we can help you better for where to look. -- Richard Van Wasshnova
