Jane,

Gadwin is an excellent program which I still use on my Vista and XP machines
(WIN7 has Snip-It preinstalled). Compared with the Print Screen key Gadwin
allows the selection of a portion of the screen to be copied and saved.

You are possibly getting the the 'at risk' message because your PC is set to
warn if a download has no certificate or an out-dated one, anyhow, there is
no problem with the program.

So sorry, It is ABOVE the keyboard. Now old dummy sees it.

I was going to download the Gadwin program, but I got a message along the
bottom that said the program might damage my computer. I was downloading
from the CNET site.

No, I have stared at every key and do not find a prt scr or anything
resembling it. There is pgdn & pgup , ins, numlock, insert, home, and one
that says home, but none that say prt scr or print screen. It is a Dell
keyboard.

There is one key that has a symbol on it, has small black and white lines.
and is between the Windows key and the Ctrl key.

Jane... mine says: prt sc with a border around it...do you have something
that resembles that notation on any of your keys?

Paula...you may have to hold your "function" key down also for your "print
screen" button to actually work...then paste the "clip" to a document
(paint, word, email screen, etc).
