Paula,

Ancestor? The people that were born before said person in that person’s line.

Descendent? The people that were born after the said person, their offspring

People surprisingly often confuse these two terms with each other. Your
great-grandmother is your ancestor; you are her descendant.”

So you would need BOTH reports to show his full line.

Hi Paula,

Anything to get out of housework, right?! I'm not sure how to answer your
question. I would like to start at my uncle and print all of his genealogy.
Does that make it an ancestor

chart?

Any guidance is appreciated!

Thank you!

Becky

Greetings,

I would like to print a 17 generation chart to send to a relative. What format
do you recommend as easiest to read and assemble after printing?

Thank you!
