Another possibility is to copy your Legacy captions to the images themelves is to use a deluxe feature of Ltools http://zippersoftware.com/wp/ltools/current-ltools-features/deluxe-ltools-features/
Set IPTC Data – copies Legacy Caption, Desc, Date, FileID, Surnames, and UserIDs/RINs from Legacy to the attached JPEG’s IPTC fields. This will add IPTC data directly to each .jpg image Some references re IPTC http://www.rideau-info.com/genealogy/digital/label.html http://genealogy.about.com/b/2007/11/12/labeling-photos-with-iptc.htm Cheers :) Margaret PS. For those who have the IPTC data, ltools deluxe does have Get IPTC Data – copies IPTC Caption from JPGs to the Legacy Caption field.
