For Vital stats'- Birth, Marriage, Deaths. Would you enter the location (mail address, phone number, etc.) of the Agency that held the record at the time of the event, which may be many years in the past, or would you use the current address, etc. Also over the years, the names of these agencies can change.
It seems to me that one reason for citing your sources is so that other researchers can verify your information.
