Lyn, if you are using Vista or Windows 7 and you used the recommended default 
settings by installing Legacy on your C drive into c:\Legacy, then there is a 
way out for you.
Download Shadow Explorer from http://www.shadowexplorer.com/downloads.html
Run this and it will display an explorer
When you run it, select the c drive and you should see a drop down list of 
shadow copy dates that windows uses for system restores.
Select an earlier date and drill down to Legacy\data to find your Legacy file.
Right mouse click on the file and choose export
Select a drive folder from the next window as a place to save it. (probably 
c:\Legacy\Data based on your post)

I am in desperate need of help, I have deleted my legacy file and I have no 
idea how to restore it, to todays date.
