Richard I had same problem as you yesterday so remembering I'd seen your message I looked for that first so that I made sure I did right thing when downloading Legacy deluxe again. Like you I always install in recommended place but I wasn't so lucky when it opened it was a blank file and there is absolutely nothing in the data. Does anyone know what went wrong? I'm running XP rather than Vista. Does that make any difference? I had just done 3 days of heavy data input on my netbook and intended saving it today on my external hard drive. I guess I've lost it all now..
