Very cool idea. Is it possible to include these notes in any of the printed
descendant or ancestor reports? Thanks

Carol

Click on the View tab, then Master Lists, then Location.

A list of all your locations appears. Select the one you want, then click Edit.

The Notes window appears, where you can enter a description or history of the
location – I use the Lewis Topographical Dictionary of England, published by
Archive CD Books for English locations by copy and paste into the notes.

Click on save, which returns you to the list, and you will see an X in the
right hand column, indicating that a note has been entered for the location.
