John, those are some good suggestions, many of which I have not used
precisely as you do.  But I have never found a problem using the entire
name of the State or Province with mine.  I never use the abbreviations
for the States or Provinces.  I do use USA, however, and have thought
about changing it to United States eventually, but there again, never
had a problem that way.  Maybe because I always use the standard four
positions and include Co for County.  --Jerry
