I have got to say, the search feature is one of the best things about Legacy.  
You can pretty much search for anything you want :)

Click on the Search icon and then select the Detailed Search tab:

Look for whom?        Individual
WHere to look          Notes - burial
How to look                Not equal to
What to look for        <just leave blank>


Click on Create List and in the Search List, click on Print to print the list.

The report will be printed in the order that it's in the Search list - RIN, 
Given or Surname.
