I couldn't reproduce this (using windows 7 64 bit) in GR build 154 and Beta
158. Using Default settings and tagged Events for marriage and Event pictures.

Brian,
I have Legacy installed in c:\Legacy and UAC effectively turned off.
I can write / create / modify and delete files in any of the Legacy folders.

I have tested all the narrative style reports in 7.5.0.154. I cannot confirm
this problem, the options to include marriage events and event pictures are
sticking. I am also using Windows 7 64 bit.

Where have you installed your copy of Legacy? Is it located in a folder where
you have read/write privileges?
