I can write / create / modify and delete files in any of the Legacy folders. I cannot confirm this problem, the options to include marriage events and event pictures are sticking. I am also using Windows 7 64 bit. Where have you installed your copy of Legacy? Is it located in a folder where you have read/write privileges?
