Jemima, Traditionally "ibid" worked well with basic sources, however, it is not, and cannot be, applicable to Source Writer Sources, because the latter has a separate statement for the 2nd appearance of a source. I would think that it still works for basic sourcing, although I am open to contradiction, as I have not checked this for years since I now have so few.
