Before I joined this list I wrote to support. And Dummy me had my tool bar set so the icons were not showing. Thanks to support my little gray cells found the problem. Go to Options then to Customize. When the box opens click on OTHER. On the right hand side you will see BUTTON BAR LOCATION. Click on top or bottom and the icons will appear and the census research tool icon is on the end..
