This stuff always happens. Each jurisdiction made the forms their way. Example:
WWI draft cards. Should have birth address and current address fields. I have
been indexing these, they must have been published on different planets.

Subject: [LegacyUG] 1940 template

I am entering my first 1940 census into Legacy.  I am using the 1940 template.
It asked for dwelling and family number but there is only a blank for dwelling
number on the census sheet itself.

LINE
STREET ADDRESS
HOUSE NUMBER
NUMBER OF HOUSEHOLD
HOME OWNED OR RENTED (and so on)

There is no family #  I don’t want to put [blank] in that space if y’all are
going to update the template then all my entries will be wrong.
