I can not help you with E.D. 58-9 as that returns invalid for both 1930
and 1940.  Here is a file name for a Kansas Location;
m-t0627-01248-00180.jpg
     |      |     |
   Series  Roll  Page

So this would be series T067, Roll 1248, Page 180, (E.D. 64-12, S.D. 5)
I could not find this information anywhere but when you break it down it
becomes obvious.  I guess they felt it didn't need explanation.
