Remember that "Reset" resets everything for that report, though. I was having the opposite "problem" -- I would prefer that the Preview opens at a zoom level where I can see the whole page, not just the first 10 lines in GIANT font. Is there a way to control that? Or should I submit a suggestion? Thanks, --Paula

To set a preferred family (individual), go to Options > Set Preferred Startup Family. Then when you click on the Home icon on the main toolbar, it will always go back to that family/individual.
