Hi Ron I thought the same thing and I did select "Print in a report Format". The output is still in the mailing label format. If no one else comes up with a solution then I think I will try Legacy tech help, I think it is a flaw in the program. Thanks for your helpSandy

I am currently using Legacy 7 and can’t create this same list in the format I want. I am creating this list by : Reports/All Reports/Name Tags/Customize/I have selected the 5 fields in the order I want/I have selected “Printing in a report Format” What I get is the fields in a format that you would use on an envelop for mailing. I want the fields to go across the page as one line per record. The pdg file I created in 2010 made the report look like a table. How can I adjust the layout/format of my file?
