Jan, OK. The underlining could be deliberate and is a matter of taste but not the alignment. It is if even only in my opinion a minor bug. It would take a change of one line of code from left adjusted to centered.

This problem also exists in eg. the Ancestor's Report. Where as the words of 'Include caption' are centered the information of the 'Include description' are moved to the left. As I didn't find a possibility to set the alignment this could be a bug. A nice to have would be that when using both 'Include caption' and 'Include description' the underlining is only after the 'Include description' instead of both lines. Have included a screen shot.
