You can adjust the color in the Options > Colors

FYI - In Version 6, the relationships would be set automatically when
you add people.

Legacy 7 will NOT do this. Every so often you can/should do the Set
Relationships after you have added people. If you have a large file, go
eat lunch while it calculates. :)
