I suspect the clerk didn't know/remember the rules and kept writing the 'next wrong date' and fixed it within the week or after. I did know about the Swedish one (the above problem is in Värmlands). Thanks.

Since that is an invalid date, it is not being sorted or shown correctly. Change it to 28 Feb 1890 (with a possible explanation for doing so) and then see if things shake out as they should.
