Yes, I understood that I couldn't delete the actual folder, just its contents. I went through the process as you described ( I did make a folder of my desk top of the Legacy/Data folder just in case there is a problem. I have three family files and I made new backups before I started this process. Now the location is C:/Legacy/Data My question now is how will I know if there's a problem? Also is there any need to keep the Sample file? Thanks, Syble
