I have started using the file icon for images (jpg) for convenience for documents. I can then add/edit Legacy while viewing the document with split screen in separate image software. It would be nice if one could save jpg files using photo icon and then open with your choice of software. Les

The File icon is meant to be for Word documents and pdf documents. Cheers Jan -----Original Message----- From: Tony Rolfe [mailto:geneal...@gillandtony.com] Sent: Wednesday, 19 September 2012 13:06 To: LegacyUserGroup@LegacyUsers.com Subject: [LegacyUG] Viewing images I've just noticed that if you add a jpeg to a source detail via the "file" option, you don't get the little thumbnail of the image, but it does open with your default image viewer. If you add a jpeg through the "Picture" option, you do get the thumbnail, but it opens via Legacy's internal viewer. Is there any way to get it to display the thumbnail AND open with your default viewer?
