Also remember to backup the Color Schemes folder. Saved searches or report optionssuch as saved tagged reports are backed up there. Legacy puts them in the Color Schemes folder; an acknowledged bug. Support has confirmed that several saved reports are saved in the Color Schemes folder. I am surprised Brian did not mention this.
