Jim,

Nothing weird about it at all, you gave the explanation in saying you had a
power outage. If any computer is on when there is such an outage anything
can happen, as was repairing broken programs for the reason some 30 years
ago.

As you indicate the lesson is always to protect your computer with at least
a surge protector.

Subject: [LegacyUG] Jump to Notes

Hi Listers,

Something weird happened this morning.
While working in Legacy, suddenly there was a change.
When I saved an individual Legacy would jump to notes.
This was new and had never happed before.

So - I went to Options, Data Entry, and found a check
in th Adding/Editing, Jump to Notes... box.
Removing the check and saving has corrected this issue,
so far.

But I do wonder why this issue started.
I wasn't doing anything different.

BTW - we had a one second power outage this morning also.
We have a lot of that around here. Lighting too.
I need to get a new UPS.
The PC self warm-booted.
I brought Legacy up and all looked good.
Jump to Notes did not start immediately.
