Thanks, I didn't remember to look for or at that. However, I see that I had it set to .75 inches, which is plenty----but the top margin was set at .287 (or something really small & weird) and when I changed THAT one to .75, the footer prints out just fine. "Go figure." Maybe it had something to do with that pesky "centimeters" thing... I didn't know when or how my preferences were set to centimeters, and this might be the first time I've printed a FGR since I changed it to inches. --Paula
