Since when?

I have not compacted my family file for some time, but I have in the past, and
it has never changed my RINs, so if it does so now a bug has crept in. BTW. I
have never changed my RINs since I started to use Legacy some 10 years ago, and
have compacted my file many times.

I have a file which I can use for testing, so I will give it a go and come back
to the list later.
