Jenny - you did it!  I looked at another place for the box that needed to be
checked and it wasn't.  Checked it and the report is now correct.

there - it just doesn't have a number and is not listed in either the

It sounds as though you have (accidentally) clicked on the option to exclude
this Source from Reports.

Open the Master Source and look in the bottom left corner of the screen.
