Updates seem to restore it.  I have deleted mine, and it is back with
the next update.  To make that happen when there is no update
available, try the dialog in Windows install/remove.  Many programs
have a "repair" option.  Or run (double-click) the "Legacy7Setup" file
in your C:\Legacy folder.
