Terry, Have you gone to Options>Customize>Other tab and at the bottom is a button Database Maintenance under Geo Location? When you click on it a window will open showing the path and instructions on how to create it and what you have to do. Basically if you purchased the Download Only version of Legacy then you must Create it and then import it into the database you create. If you have the CD-ROM version then follow those instructions.
