Yes, I did not have the closed items checked in the options tab and the closed
item still showed up in the report.

I guess that this is one of those ‘click on the reset button’ and
hope-for-the-best times. I’ll have to give that a try.

Many thanks!

When you go to print reports and click to print a To-Do list, there will be a
Filter Options tab. You can uncheck Closed.

Dear LUGers,

I am printing out a To Do report for a specific repository but I noticed that
Closed entries are still included. I don’t seem to find a way of excluding
Closed entries from the options. And I only want the Open entries to appear in
the report by the specific repository. So, what am I missing? How do I
publish a To Do Report ***without*** closed entries?

I don’t wish to delete the entries because I want to have them as a record of
past activity. I also don’t wish to remove the repository name because I want
that record as well.

Any suggestions?

With thanks,
Cathy-0
