Subject: [LegacyUG] Windows 8 and Map Feature

I am trying to Show Maps in Legacy 7.5.

I do this (from the Legacy family view screen.

1. Click on View
2. Select Master Lists
3. Select Location
4. Click on Show Map

I get the message:
"It appears you are not online. Make sure you are connected to the internet and
try again."

I can assure you that I am connected to the internet when I am trying this. I
can get to the Legacy Home Page and other websites.

Also I cannot do the suggestion in the Help section "You can have Legacy run
through all of your locations automatically geo-coding what it can by clicking
the Geo-code button and then choosing Geo-code all unresolved locations through
Bing Maps"
There is no option to automatically do the Geo-code thing.
I am using Windows 8 with Internet Explorer 10.

I am also using a wireless USB to connect to the internet via Verizon (VZAccess)

Has anybody else experienced this problem?

I have written to Legacy Family Support and they have not been able to help.

Thank you.
